Family house with an establishment

This project addresses a cascade two-storey detached house with a residential unit on the 1st floor, which is designed for 4-5 people, and massage parlor on the 2nd floor. The house is to be bulit on the undeveloped outskirts of the village Větřní on a sloping land with a slant of approximately 25%. The building, including the massage parlor on the 2nd floor, is accessible from a local road. The main entrance is located on the 1st floor on the northern side of the house. It is accessible from a staircase which is protected against adverse weather conditions by a wooden pergola. Vertical structures are designed from the Porotherm system. As far as the roof structure is concerned, it combines extensive green roofing with damp proof foil roof insulation.
Kindergarten and primary school in Škrdlovice

The aim of this master project is to design a nzeb kindergarten and primary school in Škrdlovice. The building has three parts: kindergarten and primary school with 2 above–ground floors and basements are connected with a single canteen. The canteen has a flat extensive green roof, while the kindergarten and primary school have saddle roof. The kindergarten has two identical floors with playrooms, locker rooms, bed and toy storage, teacher’s office, and bathrooms. First floor of the primary school contains locker room, teacher’s’ offices, it classroom, afterschool centre, and toilets. Three classrooms, headmaster’s office, and toilets are in the second floor. The building is designed using Xella building system. The external load–bearing walls, slabs, and internal non–bearing walls are made of aerated concrete blocks. The internal load–bearing are made of lime–sand blocks. The building is insulated with non–fibrous mineral panels. The project includes design of lightning, HVAC, DHW, and photovoltaics systems. The project also includes a study of three structural details including 3D models in BIM software and their thermal assessment. The project was designed using BIM software Revit.
Family house, Těšetice

The Bachelor´s thesis solves a design of the family house. The family house will be in village called Těšetice, in the cadastral municipality "Těšetice u Olomouce". The house id independently standing, it is designed as house for a family of four. The building has two floors and the building has no basement. The main construction system are walls constructed from Ytong porous concrete blocks, insulated by mineral insulation from stone-made fibers. The building is partly covered by shed roof with gradiet 5°and partly is covered by flat roof.

The thesis contains a summary accompanying technical report, technical regulations, control and test plan. Next parts of the work are time schedule and an itemized budget of the polyfunctional building, time and financial plan of the whole building, calculation of the costs of operating the construction site, Occupational safety and health instructions, traffic situation around building, design of mechanical set, drawings of site equipment. Finally there is also situation of construction, pilot implementation scheme and construction details.

This diploma thesis focuses on the construction technology project of sports hall Svojsíkova in Český Těšín. The aim of this diploma thesis is to process main documents related to construction of the solved sports hall. This means, in particular, to design the construction site facilities and main construction machinery, to process time schedule, budget and technological prescription of floor structures together with control and test plan and construction details.
Bus station

Master’s thesis addresses the design and implementation documentation of the three storey bus station in the Czech Krumlov Street Hospital . From this street is also suggested links to the transport infrastructure of the entire plot of land at 497/1 . Object Bus Station is located on the western part of the site . The main entrance is oriented to the southeast side of the building. The main hall on the first floor is primarily used for passengers. There is a waiting room , treasury , information and Internet room. Further, the circuit layout is 7 retail space with a pharmacy for dispensing drugs. The left wing spaces are public toilets and sanitary facilities for employees. There is also a buffet with 30 seats . The second floor space small cafe with a terrace where you can view the historical part of the city . Furthermore, the time of day or a rest room for drivers and office spaces with sanitary facilities . On the third floor are offices spaces again and archives there is also a ventilation machine room and a sprinkler system.

It contains study of the realization of the main technological phases of the object, solution of major traffic routes for materiál supplying, time schedule and financial plan, project for construction zone equipment, draft of the building machines and mechanism, technological specifications for mounting of the supporting structures and ceiling structures Spiroll, control plan and trial plan including risks with safety solution for both phases. It is also prepared itemized budget and construction details. The basis for this diploma thesis was design documentation.
Detached house in Přibyslav

The bachelor´s thesis is processed on single-family house with an establishment. This work deals with designing an appropriate layout, design and architectual solution to not disturb the existing appearance of the lokality. It´s about a new insulated house with hairdresser´s, which is designed in parcel 981/87 cadastral areas in Přibyslav, that is located in the built-up area of newly built houses at the intersection of stress Podrázského and U Koupaliště. The habitable part of the house has two floors. It has ground floor, floor and attic. The roof above the living area is a gabled roof. The establishment has one floor, designed to be accesible to persons with reduced mobility and orientation. Over the establishment part is extensit green roof accesible from the attic. The building has also garage parking for two vehicles in the basement accessible from the street U Koupaliště.
Realization of a polyfunctional building Pardubice

The main contens of the thesis is solving a construction-technological project substructure and the upper shell construction of a polyfunctional building in Pardubice. Excavation and foundation work are done in section A and B1 and B2. Drilled piles are foundation of a polyfunctional building. Drilled piles are support of reinforced concrete grillage, which are from strips foundation and foundation pads. Cast-in-place concrete frame is a form of load-bearing structure, which contens plate ceilings, pillars and walls. Peripheral masonry is from hellow clay blocks, which are between cast-in-place concrete frame. Diploma thesis includes technical report, plan of building side, schedule and the budget of the building, technological instructions, radon prevent, control and testing plan, safety, balance resources, selected constructional details, machinery composition, bill of quantities.
